POST TREATMENT CARE

Immediately after your aesthetic treatments, it’s crucial that you follow these essential steps:

Refrain from touching the treated area to prevent infection and irritation.

Apply a cold compress which can reduce swelling and discomfort (please ask whether this is appropriate for your treatment or not)

For facial treatments, keep your head elevated for the first few hours to minimise swelling.

Stay hydrated! Drink plenty of water to help your body flush out toxins and aid recovery.
SKIN BOOSTER CONSULTATION AFTERCARE
Protect your skin from the suns harmful rays by wearing sunscreen.
Continue to moisturise your skin.
DERMAL FILLERS - AFTERCARE
Stay away from saunas, steam rooms and hot baths for the first few days.
Use a gentle, fragrance-free cleanser. Avoid harsh exfoliants or scrubs for a few days.
Steer clear of blood-thinning medications unless advised by a medical professional.
LONG TERM CARE
Follow a consistent skin care routine that includes cleansing, moisturising, and gentle exfoliation.
Nourish your body with a balanced diet.
Regularly schedule maintenance appointments to assess your progress and address any concerns. We can also then arrange any follow up or further treatment plans.
